It took me over a month to schedule with my primary care doctor. I feel that is entirely too long of a wait for a medical concern. I had to talk to 3 different people just to make an appointment. I had to wait a long time at the office at the time of my visit. It usually is not this way. Not sure what has changed but seems that scheduling is not efficient. It seems everyone is overworked even though they are doing their best. Administration should be aware and help staff. Dr. Rivell is always amazing and I'm very particular about my doctors. She never makes me feel rushed or unheard. She listens and truly cares. The office staff is always helpful. I never have any complaints about Dr. Rivell or the staff, they are great.

It was my 1st visit. Dr. Rivell is to become my new PCP. I told her that I want a doctor that is proactive - pursuing my health concerns and directing me to the appropriate quality specialists. A doctor who is willing to call me to discuss any issues or concerns I have between appointments. We will see as time goes by if my expectations are met. My 1st impression is very good. Dr. Rivell is my wife's PCP and she's very pleased with her.

Some of the questions on the questionnaire did not pertain because this was my initial visit. I love Dr Rivell. She took care of me when I got a scary ultrasound. She was the only doctor that got back to me after the test. My own urologist and my gynecologist of 10 yrs never did. She directed me to a fine surgeon at Cooper MD cancer center. She is unique and refreshing. She cares and it shows. I am very grateful to be her patient.
